I am a Soul Carer and Holistic Therapist working in the Northern Suburbs area of Cape Town. I provide compassionate counselling and guidance to individuals facing life transitions such as illness, loss and end-of-life crisis. I facilitate a non-denominational support group for anyone struggling with forgiveness, depression and loss; as well as offer services in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Nutritional Care.

I prioritize compassionate touch, along with spiritual, emotional and practical support for those experiencing health and mental challenges. I support and enable self-care, self-compassion, and body kindness.
